It is based on your measurements, your selected cabinets, finish, hardware, countertop, backsplash, and install labor. Sales tax is calculated by your county and city at proposal time. The estimate is usually within 10–15% of the final proposal once a designer verifies measurements. Final binding price is set after a signed proposal and contract.
Yes — the first in-home estimate visit is always free in our active service areas. The optional $99 refundable measurement & design visit is a separate, deeper appointment for projects that need a complete measured drawing before fabrication. The $99 is fully credited toward your project if you proceed.
Yes. We coordinate trade partners for vent reroutes, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and trim — so you don’t have to hire and schedule separate contractors.
Kitchens and bathrooms: 30% at approval, 30% at job start, 40% at completion. Closets: 50% at approval, 30% at job start, 20% at completion. We accept ACH bank transfer, check, wire, cash, and approved financing for project payments — credit card is reserved for the $99 measurement deposit only.
