The estimate is usually within 10–15% of the final proposal once a designer verifies measurements. Final binding price is set after a signed proposal and contract.

Yes. We coordinate trade partners for vent reroutes, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and trim — so you don’t have to hire and schedule separate contractors.
Kitchens and bathrooms: 30% at approval, 30% at job start, 40% at completion. Closets: 50% at approval, 30% at job start, 20% at completion. We accept ACH bank transfer, check, wire, cash, and approved financing for project payments.
