Every Closet Cabinet Pro project is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty and a 5-year product warranty. Here's exactly what that means.
CoverageFor 2 years from installation, Closet Cabinet Pro covers the labor and craftsmanship of your install — doors and drawers that drift out of alignment, loose hardware, separating joints, or trim that needs re-securing. We come back and make it right at no charge.
Cabinetry boxes, fronts, drawer slides, hinges, and finished surfaces carry a 5-year product warranty against manufacturing defects — delamination, warping under normal use, or hardware failure — in addition to any longer warranty offered directly by the manufacturer.
Defects in materials and the quality of our installation under normal residential use. Countertops and specialty surfaces carry the fabricator's own warranty, which we register on your behalf and include in your project file.
Normal wear, accidental or impact damage, water damage from plumbing leaks, misuse, alterations by others, or changes in wood color and grain that occur naturally over time. Specific terms are itemized in your signed contract.
