Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Closet Cabinet Pro LLC ("Closet Cabinet Pro", "we", "us") operates the website at www.closetcabinetpro.com and the services available through it (the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect about you, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services you agree to the terms in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically.

You give us

  • Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed).
  • Project details: room measurements, photos you upload, design selections, preferred contact method, service address.
  • Payment information processed through Stripe (we never store full card numbers).
  • Messages you send to us through forms, email, SMS, or chat.
  • Identity from third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook, Apple, X) if you choose that option — typically a unique provider ID, name, email, and profile picture.

Collected automatically

  • Device, browser, and IP address; pages you view; date and time.
  • Cookies for session, security, analytics, and remembering preferences.
  • Approximate location derived from IP address (used to show your service area).

2. How we use your information

  • To create your account and authenticate you.
  • To generate estimates, proposals, contracts, and schedule appointments.
  • To process payments and deposits.
  • To contact you about your project, including by email and SMS when you opt in.
  • To improve the Services, debug issues, and protect against fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services, with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting on Vercel, database on Supabase, payments through Stripe, email/SMS providers).
  • Cabinet suppliers and subcontracted installers when your project requires it (only the information needed for measurement, fabrication, or install).
  • Legal, safety, or law-enforcement requests when required.
  • In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets); any successor must honor this policy.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; some features will stop working if you do. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

We keep account and project records for the life of your account plus a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to seven years) to meet tax, warranty, and legal obligations. Payment records are kept as long as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. European residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@closetcabinetpro.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted database access, and audit logging — but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have done so, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International transfers

We are based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. If you access the Services from outside the United States, the information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date, and if changes are material we will give reasonable notice before they take effect.

11. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints? Email info@closetcabinetpro.com or write to Closet Cabinet Pro, Atlanta, GA.

12. How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal information associated with your account at any time. Two ways:

  1. Sign in to your account at www.closetcabinetpro.com/account, open Settings → Delete account, and confirm.
  2. Or email info@closetcabinetpro.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data". We will confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within thirty days.

If you signed up through Facebook, Google, Apple, or X, deleting your account in our system also disconnects that link; you can additionally revoke access from the provider's settings.

We will retain a minimum set of records as required by law (for example, invoices, signed contracts, and tax records). Everything else — designs, photos, draft proposals, marketing preferences — is removed.
