Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Closet Cabinet Pro LLC ("Closet Cabinet Pro", "we", "us") that governs your use of our website at www.closetcabinetpro.com and the services available through it, including the online designer, estimates, proposals, contracts, payments, and appointment scheduling (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a household or business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Online designer and estimates
The designer lets you arrange cabinets, vanities, and closet modules to plan a project. Estimates generated online are non-binding planning estimates based on the inputs you provide and current catalog pricing. Final pricing is set by the proposal we send after measurement.
Images and renderings shown in the gallery and designer are for inspiration. Unless a project is explicitly labeled "Real Project", AI-generated imagery does not depict a specific installed job. Actual finishes, wood grain, lighting, and dimensions may vary.
4. Proposals and contracts
A proposal becomes binding only when you approve it electronically and it is converted into a signed contract. We may withdraw or amend a proposal before it is signed. Pricing inside a signed contract is locked subject to the terms of that contract (for example, change orders or measurement variances).
5. Payments and deposits
Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are described in your contract. Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for amounts you owe. Late payments may accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before signing a contract at no cost. After a contract is signed, cancellation is governed by the contract's cancellation clause. Deposits applied to ordered materials, measurement labor, or custom fabrication are non-refundable.
7. Installation and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on the dates listed in your contract, to remove personal items, and to point out any concealed conditions (plumbing, electrical, structural) we should know about. If access is denied or conditions are materially different from what we measured, rescheduling fees or change orders may apply.
8. Warranty
Our standard cabinetry and installation warranty is described in your signed contract. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water damage from unrelated plumbing leaks, modifications by other contractors, or normal wear.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, except where prohibited by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Closet Cabinet Pro nor its officers, employees, or contractors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
11. Intellectual property
Closet Cabinet Pro owns the Services, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designer software, and arrangement. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except that you may print or save copies of proposals and contracts that pertain to your own project.
You retain ownership of project measurements and photos you upload, and you grant us a license to use them to provide the Services and, if you opt in, to feature your completed project in marketing.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them by automated means without our permission, attempting to interfere with security or availability, reverse-engineering them, scraping content, uploading malware, or using them to harass others.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal or safety reasons. Provisions intended to survive termination — including payment, warranty exclusions, IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Services. Your continued use after the changes take effect is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
